川港示范园区是一处综合体的商业区域，旨在打造连接未来社区的美好生活新场景。以未来商业的展示方式入口，从人们日常，健康，娱乐，文化及艺术的生活场景中抽取主题元素，跟随当下地产产业的发展趋势，打造拥有专属项目IP符号的商业中心。本次项目的区域包含超市，食堂，咖啡厅三个功能属性。我们为此三个区域取了未来时光超市，时光记忆食堂，时光咖啡厅的主题线索。 项目是在成都的川港合作示范区，是香港与四川合作打造的一片生活商业社区，未来将作为成都的重点经济示范区之一，为了突出这一区位特性，羽果设计在前期接到项目设计任务的时候，业主方提出希望能着重表达香港文化的特点，于是羽果设计在餐厅的概念提取了60年代香港的独特港式风格，回味并诠释当时别具文艺风气却又灵活的黄金年代。 设计师希望茶餐厅在现代都市的生活场景中，作为商务洽谈和各种社交活动的场所，能创造出多元化的文化氛围，让顾客感受到中西文化相结合的独特魅力的同时，更表达对港派文化的一种故事性的延续，让人们重回八十年代的香港地，体会到浓厚的休闲文化氛围。 餐厅总共有上下两层，吸取中西式空间布局的优点和特点，在茶餐厅的布局设计中进行综合呈现，极具视觉冲击力的橘色楼梯与墨绿色墙面相撞，温馨的胡桃木家具、黄铜装饰等细节构建出浓厚的文化氛围，营造了一个舒适惬意的空间。 设计师在中国特色的文化中元素中融入现代的生活，呈现出一种小资情调的休闲文化，更能体验到更具人文特色的文化氛围。结合精心挑选的杯子和极具年代感的装饰小物件，让我们在黄金岁月里重温花样年华。 设计师提取香港文化中较为突出的霓虹灯、舞狮等元素，结合现代插画的形式表达在空间里；胡桃木和传统元素造型壁灯的使用也能够增加空间内的视觉、光线变化，使得助茶餐厅塑造出一个更好的整体氛围。 Sichuan-Hong Kong Yueshang Tea Restaurant Project is in chengdu, sichuan Hong Kong cooperation demonstration zone, and cooperation between sichuan and is Hong Kong business community to build a piece of life, the future will be as one of the focus of the chengdu economic demonstration zone, in order to highlight the regional features, feather fruit design project of design tasks in the prophase, the owner offered wish to express the characteristics of the culture of Hong Kong, focused on the feather fruit design concept extraction in the restaurant in the 60 s Hong Kong's unique style dim sum, and interpret the aftertaste unique literary ethos and flexible golden age. Designers want tea restaurant in modern urban life scenes, as a place for business talks and various social activities, to create a diversified culture atmosphere, let the customer feel the combination between Chinese and western culture unique charm at the same time, more show GangPa culture the continuation of a story, let people back in the eighty s in Hong Kong, feel the strong leisure culture atmosphere. Restaurant has a total of two layer, absorbing the advantages and characteristics of the western space layout, the layout design in the tea restaurant in a comprehensive, highly visual impact of the orange stair collided with dark green metope, warm walnut furniture, brass decorative details such as building a strong cultural atmosphere, create a comfortable space. Designers integrate modern life into the cultural elements with Chinese characteristics, presenting a kind of leisure culture with xiaozi sentiment, and can experience the cultural atmosphere with more humanistic characteristics. The combination of carefully selected cups and highly dated decorative items allows us to relive the mood of our golden years. The designer extracted some prominent elements of Hong Kong culture, such as neon lights and lion dances, and expressed them in the space in the form of modern illustrations. The use of wall lamp of modelling of walnut and traditional element also can increase the vision inside the space, light changes, make help tea dining-room modelling gives a better whole atmosphere.
